Little Montessori Pundits is now ready to operate as sensory garden and English speaking outdoor/indoor Parent-Child Group for children 4 month to 36 months old), (Eltern-Kind Gruppe).
This group is taking place outside East of Munich near Markt Schwaben.
Starting: Tuesday - 19.10.2021
Duration: 1 and 1/2 hours
These are the groups:
Babies (from around 4-12 months old)
Toddlers (from around 13-20 months old)
Small Children (from around 18-36 months
The groups will take place every Tuesday and Thursday mornings and afternoons.

Compare to regular parent-child playgroups, Montessori parent-child groups are slightly different.
Montessori believed that education begins at birth, and that is why the Montessori practice focuses on promoting children´s independence and development from the very beginning. Rather than comparing developing milestones and offering structured play e.g. directed play, or organised activities.
Montessori playgroup environment encourages parents to actively participate in various activities through observing their child´s unique development paths. This is offered by prepared environment and deductive activities as per child´s individuals needs.
Brief description of the groups:
The Baby group: Babies (from around 4 -12 months old)
We offer activities that will stimulate and support development in various skills such as handgrip, fine motor skills, finger strength and hand-eye coordination, problem-solving on a very basic level.
These activities are introduced in such away to give the child opportunity to be independent, able to concentrate, without any interruption.
Day: Either Tuesday 19.10.21 or Thursday 21.10.21
Time: 10:00 - 11-30 am
We offer 3 blocks of 10 sessions for 1 and ½ hours
Fees for each block is Euros 130 and cannot be split

Toddlers (from around 13-20 months old)
In the toddler class the children use child-sized equipment to support independence, movement, curiosity and concentration. These materials are carefully prepared for individual needs of the children´s natural development.
Room Structure outdoor/indoor
In the toddler group plays are child-led with Montessori activities and circle time at the end of the session.
All the Montessori activities are on the shelves to allow children to follow their natural aspiration to learn and develop in different areas:
Hand-eye coordination, art, fine and gross motor development, practical skills, self care, language, reading, music and social interaction.
The toddlers are accompanied by a parent, grandparent or a caregiver.

Small Children (from around 18-36 months)
LMP offers Montessori parent-child playgroup twice a week. The aim of this group is to support children´s independence, confidence and curiosity of the world around them. To share with the parents how they can apply Montessori approach into their daily lives and support their children through simple but motivating activities that we do using everyday objects (natural materials) made from our surroundings.
Starting: Tuesday - 19.10.2021 and 21.10.2021
Duration: 1 and ½ hours
Day: Either Tuesday or Thursday
Time: To be decided
